Story

At Nail Creations, we are not just providing beauty services, we are recreating beauty, health and wellness. Each of our nail stations, and pedicure spa's are equipped with a vent unit to capture chemical vapors, and contaminants right from the source. Our state of the art exhaust and ventilation system filters the air through a three step carbon, charcoal, and hepa filtration process to ensure the highest of air quality. Essential oil treatment services for manicures, and pedicures includes 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils along with fresh slices of fruits, rinds, and aloe vera leaf to insure the highest level of properties. For the last 10 years, our management team attends the international beauty show annually to extend our knowledge in the advancement of new products as well as customers service. Our goal is to set a higher standard in the beauty industry with quality service and customer care. ................................

A friendly and creative team.  Their salon is brand new and kept up to date and clean.  They use fresh tools with each service.  I enjoy Hannah Le  for her exceptional service and attention to detail....always have and always will...Kathy is a sweetheart, and is an excellent proprietor.  She is great at nails and is a whiz at waxing!  I love that this salon is near my "stomping grounds!"  :)

Clean, large salon. Lots of stations . They did an amazing job on my daughter's nails. I was impressed with how easy it was to communicate with the gentleman that was doing her nails. She had very specific desires and he worked very hard to give her what she wanted.

After almost a year in the area and trying numerous salons spanning from Tacoma to Tumwater, I've finally found my favorite nail salon! Everything was exceptionally clean, the nail techs were all funny, kind, personable, and very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. The cost of the services provided were explained to me thoroughly and prior to the services being rendered. There is also a list of prices for the services as you walk in. Communication was not a problem at all! The citrus pedicure was AMAZING and they used new tools as well. I'll definitely be coming back!

Very glad I found them!! Loved the pampering & prices felt perfectly fair to me. Staff is super friendly & accommodating.  I'll be a repeat customer for sure. 👍

**UPDATE** it has now been about a month since my service at this facility and I continue to deal with pain in my left big toe from them messing up. I now have to seek MEDICAL ATTENTION because of it. I have never had a service so poorly executed by a "professional" before. 

I don't normally go around leaving bad reviews but this is something I felt needed to be shared. I went in on a Friday and one of the services I received was the $35 pedicure. It is now Tuesday of the following week and my toes still hurt really bad. The lady with the long hair "removed my ingrown toenail" which is a service I have had at least 50 times before this and I have NEVER been left in pain for DAYS before this experience. It doesn't matter if I'm walking or if I'm sitting still, they just hurt all the time. The day of I noticed they had been bleeding even. I can honestly say I will never get a pedicure here again and I recommend you don't either. The only thing getting the 2 stars instead of 1 in the guy that did my full set was really nice and I liked how clean the place felt (New building so it should be clean).
