I usually get my nails done at Amy's nails in Layton, I called this place because it is typically closer to my house and work so I called to ask how much a fill was, the girl on the phone told me $15 so I thought great! Came in, the lady that did my nails took two hours, and most of them are lopsided and crooked. Some are square and some are round. And I couldn't communicate with her because of the language barrier. I'm not one to complain and I'm usually too nice to say things to them so I let it be I honestly couldn't wait to leave. I'm mostly angry that I didn't go to my usual place to help save money and ended up paying the same price for a crappy experience and nail job. I got to the counter and the girl told me it was $30. I reminded her it was for a fill and it was still $30 plus a tip. Bs. 2 hours for a fill? Never again. I'll stick with Amy's nails.

I've been here 4 times and 1/4 times I've been was good. First time was exceptional! Great pedicure, everything was nice and relaxing. Second time i went, my pedicure was good, but the whole time, the man who was doing my toes was telling me how bad my eye brows were! he asked me how I did them and when I told him he proceeded to tell me I did them wrong and this is how i need to start doing thing and such. maybe it was a way to help redirect me and help me in his eyes, but to me it was very rude. 3rd time the man doing my nails, was so rough, and aggressive with everything he did, I told him it hurt and I was flinching and stuff and he still was rough. Then I got a full set and I asked for almond shape and all of my nails were not the same size and were lopsided and stuff. I could file nails better than that. Finally my most recent, and now my final trip there, I took my friend who was visiting to go get the deluxe manicures and I told them about 7 times that's what's we wanted. the lady who sat down to do my nails pulls out her acryilcs and gets ready to start sizing me, I pulled my hands away grabbed the menu and literally pointed at what I wanted, she got up and walked away and went to work on my friends nails and just painted them. she soaked her nails and did her cuticles and just painted them, she didn't get the wax or the massage. However the nice front desk lady did refund us for that. Mean while, guy starts doing my nails and gives my the wax, while my hands are waiting in the wax, he leaves to go to another ladies toes. Then, the lady who originally sat down with me, after she finished my friends nails, and she goes straight to painting my nails, I pulled my hand away and said i still needed my massage, she smiled and grabs my hand back. I grabbed the menu again and showed her what I wanted for about the 7th time. she says no you get 15$ one and I said that's not what i want. she says something to her co worker, sighs after he responds and proceeds to give me my massage. After she quickly paints my nails which look my trash. I've painted my nails better than this. Needless to say, they lost a customer they should've lost a long time ago.

The nail quality was amazing. Environment was comfortable. The employees were nice. I am very satisfied with my nails!
