My first and last experience. While in town visiting, we decided to try them out. We called in the morning and asked if they had any openings for 2 manicure and pedicures. They informed us that they did for an afternoon appointment, so we agreed. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated right away for our pedicures. It took them an hour to get to me, only after I had pointed out that I was tired of waiting. They took another appointment ahead of me while I had still been sitting for 45 minutes. I was told by the owner that she "squeezed" me in and I needed to be patient. Right then, a very nice gentleman started my pedicure. The owner and her client started talking about me and how I was complaining. If it wasn't for the polite man doing my nails I would have walked out then and there. It's no way to treat a customer.
