The lady who did my nails was rude. She was on her phone texting while doing my nails. My nails are rough around the tips. Will have to find someone else to smooth them down. When I went to pay, she said I couldn't put it all on my credit card, that I needed cash. I said I didn't have enough cash to cover the complete bill. She said they needed some cash before they would finish my nails.  So had to give her all my cash before she finished my nails.

Please find some place else. Was told 45 minute wait so walked the mall. Was back in 40 minutes and they had already taken people that signed in behind me and friend. Waiting another 45 minutes. Walked into pedicure area and was immediately concerned. Stepped into cold water, chair was half broken , couldn’t figure how to get it to work correctly so just turned it off. The pedicure lasted 15 minutes. Also I watched them pour hot water into another ladies bowl FROM A COFFEE POT. I feel this place needs inspected.

Absolutely horrible!  My nails actually looked better BEFORE I went!  Rude also. Shop is dirty and no nail polish selection!!!!

RUDE and definitely anti-black. My cousin was getting her nails done before me, I told the nail tech I’ll be right back I’m going to Forever 21. I came back in 5 minutes and she let someone go before me and her reasoning is, “you left and didn’t know you were coming back and we took someone else.” Then didn’t even accommodate me. I waited for 25 minutes before I went in F21. I’m so disappointed in how I was treated.

DO NOT GO HERE. staff were rude and unprofessional and over price EVERYTHING. $40 for active length?? yea no PLEASE go somewhere else!!
