Terrible experience. The language barrier did not help. There really wasn't anyone there that spoke English. The Asian guy that did my nails provided horrible customer service, on top of that, he kept speaking to his co-workers in his language and pointing at my direction. Either he talks negatively about his customers (like me) in his foreign language, or he was asking for help...I don't know. Also, he kept trying to scold me and was yelling at me because I kept trying to explain how exactly I wanted my nails done. I must admit I was getting frustrated trying to explain, the asian guy showed no patience or professionalism in trying to understand the way I wanted my nails done. In the end, my nails were crooked and the asian guy was already in a rush to kick me out of the shop. I will never do business with this establishment again.

THE most beautiful work in town. They are highly experienced and professional. Cleanliness and comfort are high priorities at Nail Trendz

Nails came out crooked shape wasn't even done right, made me pay before finishing never again.

I love how they did my nails. I have gone to different places trying to find a person that will do the work I see in pictures and they say they can do it and at the end is not even close to the picture.. but yesterday I found this place and he did exactly what I was looking for. I believe he is the owner and he does an awesome job. Im very satisfy and I will be a loyal client to this place
