staff was really nice and friendly but we waited nearly 2 hours to get out because of short staff. also very unsanitary and our pedicurist used bare hands rather than gloves. nails weren't that great either. don't think i'll be coming back.

The lady that sits in the front to the right . I'm very pleased with my nails. However , I'm very disappointed with the service. She rushed on my nails not knowing that everyone that came after me had appointments . All she had to do was tell me to make an appointment I just would've went somewhere else. instead she rushed on me then she got mad cause I asked for two colors on my nails . I will never return back ill stick with TownEast Mall for now on. lesson learned ...

I went for a manicure. I believe the man that did it was Amber's husband. I have several illnesses that cause joint pain and swelling. He gave me a very soothing hand massage and I literally saw the swelling go down and felt the pain leave. Amber gave me a small bottle of oil that he used.
After my nails were done, I messed up several of my nails before I left. He fixed them without a complaint and even refused to take the tip I offered.

Very unprofessional and rude. The nail lady stayed on her phone the whole nail service.
