This is the worst place to get a pedicure. I started going there 15 years ago when I moved into the area. They use to give a decent pedicure, but over the last several years they have gone down hill. 

You will either get a woman who talks to her friends all through your pedicure giving you little to no attention, treating you like you're inconveniencing her. Or like today... you'll be rushed out of there like its a race to see who can get their client out of the chair the fastest! They offer several options for a pedicure. My husband and I both got the "bronze service" at $25 each, two steps up from their basic service that costs $15. We were in and out of there in under 30 minutes!

The problem is they NEVER turn customers away, sounds good right? But what if all the chairs are full like today? Well, just watch the woman running the place... she'll look around and point a customer out and in Vietnamese tell the girls to get you out of that chair fast, because she doesn't want to loose the next customer. It's all about filling the chairs and rushing the customers out so she can book the next client.

This might be a good practice for her, and perhaps there are some who don't  mind being rushed out, believing this is good service, but trust me it isn't. 

Go over to Happy Nails in Los Alamitos. You'll pay the exact price and you will NOT be RUSHED. For their exact same service you get a FULL 1 HOUR pedicure. The place is much nicer, the girls do not chat, chat, chat but actually pay attention to the customers and you're going to have an enjoyable, relaxed experience with a very nice nail tech.

I HAS A SPECIAL EVENT SATURDAY MORNING I PAID A VISIT TO NAIL ART AS I USUALLY DO.... IVE BYPASSED MANY TIMES THAT MY NAILS HAVE NOT BEEN DONE TO MY SATISFACTION BUT THIS TIME WAS THE LAST TIME. BESIDES VERY POOR HYGIENE FROM THE NAIL ARTIST THAT ASSISTED ME I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHEN I LET MY NAIL LADY KNOW HOW I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK SHE ARGUED WITH ME AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT THAT THEY WERE NOT THE BEST. SHE WAS RUDE AND DID NOTHING TO HELP THE SITUATION. LUCKLY THE MANAGER ASSISTED WITH DEFUSING THE SITUATION BUT  STILL NOTHING CHANGED WITH HER. ALTHOUGH MANAGEMENT JUMPED IN THEY STILL ALLOWED HER TO CONTINUE TO WORK WITH ME I GAVE IT ANOTHER SHOT AND IT GOT WORSE. THE ACRYLIC WAS DIRECTED ANOTHER DIRECTION FROM MY FINGERS, THE ACRYLIC WAS THICK AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF EXCESSIVE ACRYLIC BELOW MY NAILS. TERRIBLE WORK AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MY NAIL LADY. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH PICTURES AND THE NAME OF THE ARTIST THAT ASSISTED ME SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. IM DISAPPOINTED AND HOPE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. IVE TURNED THE CHEEK WITH ALOT OF HYGIENIC THINGS I NOTICED BUT THIS WAS TOO MUCH ITS A BUNDLE OF A MESS. BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD OF HELPED HER MESSY WORK BUT THEY DIDNT VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER.

If you are looking for a home nail place to go to.. this is the place. Great services all around..I am impressed.

Did not sanitize after I was done, which leaves me to believe they didn't sanitize before me. Horrible foot massage and did not ask any questions.
