I went in to get a manicure and gel polish for my daughters wedding, I had long natural nails when I went in and came out with short little stubs. I thought he was just snipping the tips to even them out but no he chopped my nails off. I didn't budget for my nails to be done twice for my daughters wedding so now I'm stuck with short little stubs that look terrible. I have been going to this store since they opened, I can't believe it was such a terrible experience. I'm actually crying because my nails look so bad for my daughters wedding.

I recently visited this location on May 2nd, 2017 and had the worst experience ever. I received a fill in with gel polish. Once getting to the car the polish had already started messing up. I know you're thinking how does gel polish mess up that quick? These were my same thoughts. I went back in to get them fixed. Once I got home anything that pressed against my nails caused the polish to still mess up.I could not return the next day since I had a scheduled appointment elsewhere after work. When I did return on the following Thursday the nail tech "Sun" started to repair my nails. However, in the middle of her repairing  my nails she asked if I had time to return the next day because her scheduled appointment had arrived. I told her no since it was already a hassle having to return, and the next day was my graduation day! She then moved me to a different nail tech to finish my nails. That was very unprofessional for her to ask if I could return AGAIN for a THIRD time to fix something that was clearly their fault, and then push me off to a different nail tech! I come to this nail salon all the time and have never experienced what I did that day. Needless to say they can't handle getting busy or a small rush      (that's when service gets crappy).Also, it hasn't even been two weeks yet since the repair and the gel polish is already chipping. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning!! They have lost a loyal customer, and I'm sure will lose more if they don't step up with customer service.

I am from FL and I came to get my nails done for my sister's wedding, that was a big mistake. We had an appointment which we got in on time for our pedicures, but for our nails we were bounced around. I got a French manicure, my polish started cracking and chipping the next day. I wanted to go back and make them do them over, but the "next day" was the day of the wedding. I am not pleased with the pricing because I am used to lower in FL and better quality. When I come back, I will not be getting my nails done here.

NEVER coming back. The owner is very nice. Everyone else in there is lazy, and they do the least amount of work possible. This is my second time not being happy with this place. The first time the nail tech did an awful job, so I thought I would come back in today to give them another chance. I went in for just my toenails to be clipped, filed and painted. The lady who did my nails almost made me bleed because she clipped my nail down in the quick, and she filed them to the point they almost bled. The color is ALL over my toenail, as well. How hard is it to do your job RIGHT? I left with painted nails, AND painted toes, and my feet so sore because some of my nails are cut so short. I went to Cosmetology school, and this is not how we are taught to do things. Very very VERY unhappy with this place.

I went to the Nails by Chris in Valdosta, GA and they were fantastic. I will be going to the one in  Thomasville, GA since I live only 18 miles away.
