Recently had my first experience at Nails by Sarah where I got a full set as well as a pedicure...my nails came out fabulous and just as I had wanted. I was put into a chair immediately after arriving without any wait time! The two ladies who did my nails were both very nice. Pretty decor as well, which is always a plus. I would recommend to a friend and I will be a retuning customer!

First time service. We called for a 1pm appointment they suggested 130 which was perfectly fine, then 1. we arrived at 1 waited to be seated for about 10 mins. I was seated then the rest of the party. I started to get worked on as the other two Sat and waited. The place is way understaffed and lacks enthusiasm. The only thing that excites me about it is the decor. Anywho I was worked on for about 20 mins start to finish. I think she spent more time cutting my nails then any massage or scrubs. We usually go to (aree or aqua spa) but today was different. My two friends were worked on by three different people. When my friend asked how long pedicure was she was laughed at any handed a clip board. For 25$ us our selves (as licensed cosmetologist) could have done this at home for free. Needless to say new guests are not appreciated or retained I'm sure of it we will not be coming back even though it's in walking distance.

Wonder to have found my old manicurist at a beautiful new salon.  Friendly, professional, impeccable service.  Left completely relaxed with a lovely gel mani and regular pedi.  I have found my new go to spot to visit on a regular basis!
