This was the worst visit ever no need for another visit. I asked for matte nails and instead of her saying she don't know how to do that my nails were no where near matte ended up with gel nails. She then charged me to take off the other polish. Went in for a fill-in and payed $35 in all. No more business from me

Have been a loyal customer since day one. Love Kim dearly. Went in today. Got nails done. Went home and the gel polish began to peel. Returned to salon stated that I wanted that polish removed. Was informed she could remove but would charge me again for next service. Bull$#!+. Needless to say another one bites the dust. In search of a new salon

I'm only  giving them 3 stars for their pedicures the two men are AMAZING but my nails broke 3 times in a week twice!! Plus the eyebrow waxing sucks just a good place for a pedi
