I will never and i mean never go back there again !! After i told them i wanted my nails long 4 times ! They told me that long nails doesn't look right on me and they did one of my nails cricket and tried to tell me my finger was cricket ! And they did my nails different lengths and when i tried to get them fixed they gone tell me the fee was 6 dollars best believe im never going there again !! 😠

I Will never go there ever again! They where so rude to my daughter and my friend . I don't think it should cost 60 dollars for to fills  that's crazy .

After being a long term customer I will not return for or recommend your services to anyone. 

I received a very rushed and incomplete service on the evening of 4/6....No other customers at all and still an hour before close.   My nails came out uneven (as in globs of paint on some tips and barely any on others), my cuticles were not complete and as others have posted it looked like a young, non professional could have pulled it off. 

I was leaving the missed steps of my treatment to my techs younger age which is assumptive I know, however, as a long term customer I was trying to swallow the services received with a smile. By the time I arrived home I decided to call. Spoke with the manager (she happened to be the one who answered) and advised I wasn't happy. I told her I could come back the following day (today 4/7) around 6. She said she'd fix it no problem. 

I arrived today and spoke to the woman who greeted me, told her I had an issue with the services and results and would just like a refund. She tried to seat me and I said again, I would just like a refund. 

The woman I spoke to the evening before now addresses me and proceeds to argue that the $30 (+7.00 tip I wasn't asking for back) is not refundable and they can just redo my nails instead. I told her that after this long drawn out moment and the treatment from  the evening prior a redo would make for an uncomfortable time. I never advised I wouldn't be back. It was one of those ill try it again another time moments to a place you've spent several hundreds of dollars at. I offered to let her remove my paint as I wanted to be clear that I am really not satisfied and wasn't trying to get my nails done for free. 

Her final offers: $15 back of what I paid for or a gift certificate for the full amount to have them done whenever I want, after she argued with me about a no return policy that wasn't anywhere in sight (I never even signed in for service that evening). She says I am so so so sorry you are not happy I know who you are you come often. ??!! 

Asking for a refund of your money shouldn't be an issue when customers do not receive what they paid for. Especially long term customers that you even say that you know who they are as you argue you won't refund them $30.Make your policies clear if your going to stand by being unwilling to satisfy a person. 

And to the lovely individual getting her nails done who decided to chime in saying "move on" and whatever else, I'm glad I could make your experience equal to mine ;)

I got my nails done on 3/18/2017 a refill , today my nail cracked due to the small application of acrylic and poor coloring technique , i would have gone back but the salon is already closed, the fill was done poorly and it shows uneven lines , coloring is awful as well, i will never go back and in fact i am going back to request my money back

Am so disappointed in TC nails-Went to have pedicure and was left with my feet soaking for almost an hour-other customers who came after me were attended to after just a few minutes - I finally got up to leave and that was when they told me I was next - I told then I had been there too long and was leaving.  Here is the thing, I know they were very busy, there were about 8 people getting pedicures when I got there all being taken care of - when I left there were only four getting attended too - the others were done and gone and so were the employees that were helping them.  I have been going there for several years and lately their quality of work has slipped (my last manicure looked like an eight year old had done it),  but this incident was the deciding factor for me and it  that was enough to make me look for a new place to have my nails done.
