For my first time going here it wasn't good, I went in for a fill in and she ended up doing a full set without my permission. As she is clipping away she almost pulls up my actual nail. It hurt really bad, I felt like she was rushing the whole time. Kept telling me to relax my hand, shaking my wrist and asking me if I could relax? I thought I was pretty relax. I watched as she fumbled with my fingers and tried to blame it on me. My nails are terribly uneven and I could see through the polish in some parts of my nails. If you are going to charge people that much money, you should take care and pride in what you do.

This is one of my favorite nail salons in Winston-Salem! Although some reviews have complained about the staff, I have found them to be very helpful, talented nail technicians that are extremely friendly. The atmosphere here is top notch for a high-end nail salon and is well-suited to handle large parties/groups. They do an amazing job with gel/shallac manicures and I have found that their pedicures are especially calming and relaxing. . They also have an extensive spa service list for pedicures that I thoroughly have enjoyed. Another one of my favorite things about this salon is that they offer wine, coffee or water to clientele as they wait or have their nails done I would give it 5-stars if it weren't for the prices, as they are a bit high in my opinion for a Triad-area nail salon. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend taking the time to get your nails done here.

Love this place, they did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. I've been trying to find a good place since I moved here. They will definitely be my permanent spot in Winston from now on!

We came for our anniversary. Amy is great. She has strong finger and really gets the knots in your legs out. Great service. I would say the best place in town.

They talk amongst themselves. They do not acknowledge Your Existence just your fingernails. I have never been so ignored in my entire life. This was an experience to celebrate my daughter going to school. But I wasn't allowed to enjoy it. They speak in Korean language I believe. And I looked around and that none of them were speaking to their customers. They need to treat their customers nicer. I won't be going back my nails look okay.
