Received an arrangement it looked like it had been thrown together in about 3 minutes.The flowers were already starting to wilt at time of delivery.  I understand arrangements do not look exactly like pictured but this looked nothing like pictured.  My partner and I both called to complain.  I was given the option of getting a new arrangement if I gave the first arrangement back. The gentleman was not friendly, blamed it on bad flowers and the internet limiting his creativity.  The second arrangement arrived i had to "return" first one,  I thought it was a joke.  The second arrangement was worse than the first.  Yes the flowers were alive, but I am certain they were all the left overs he just had lying around the shop stuck in a vase.  Again just thrown together,  original arrangement consisted of mostly roses and we were charged for an arrangement consisting of that.  This arrangement there was not a rose in sight.  This has been a terrible experience and we will never use or recommend Nampa Floral to anyone.

Over the years I've noticed that Nampa Floral provides the highest grade of flowers/arrangements in the area. Great customer service and stands behind their product.  Only place to go for quality flowers that LAST.

When ordering the gentleman was rude and short. Seemed like all he was worried about is getting my card information and not being even considerate or polite to the person actually spending the money. Terrible customer service skills.   I hope the roses are in good taste!!!

Called to place a order for flowers for my wife. The guy that answered the phone was not the best. Very pushy and rude, kind of like I was a bother or he was to busy to help me. I'll go somewhere else.

SO RUDE!  The flowers I ordered weren't what came.  When I called to ask about it, he blamed me.   Then kept calling to yell at me for THEIR mistake.   Don't go there.  I'll check reviews from now on!
