Very unfortunate because I decided to give this place a try. I put the option for “no spice” because I cannot eat spicey food.. and I even called to let the restaurant know and they drenched my food in spices. I called and they argued with me stating the chef did not put any spices when I can literally taste it.. arguing with the customer is never a professional business mannerism and to proceed to tell me I’m wrong and it’s not spicy.. even more so. This place is just terrible with customer service. Also I’ve tried Thai restaurants before and never had this issue when I’ve mentioned no spices in the past. Terrible! They didn’t apologize or even offer to rectify this issue.

This lunch special is a steal, $10 for a Thai meal is amazing: the food is always consistently good here , coming from queens I have a very high standard for Thai and have to recommend this place. Always fresh and good food !Food: 5/5

Seriously so great! Best tasting Thai I've had in this hemisphere, and I've been pretty spoiled with Thai food having been in Bangkok multiple times. This place is awesome! And love the great prices too!

After reading its great reviews, I stopped by Nana Thai for dinner and I definitely found my new go-to place for Thai food. There was no one there when I went on a Monday night so I sat at the high top counter - the woman working was incredibly kind and we chatted about Thailand and her favorite places there. I got the shrimp pad Thai with Thai iced tea which took about 7-10 min for them to bring out to me and it was nothing short of delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Really authentic and flavorful Thai. I'd go out on a limb and say it's better than any Thai you'll get in Manhattan. The chef even made khao soi for me and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

I normally don't throw away food but their pad thai was inedible. This is probably one of the worst thai food that is thai owned. I first ordered and noticed they spoke thai and I was very excited for the food but its worse than chinese take out restaurant trying to saw thai food. Huge disappointment that Jersey City does not have a good Thai food option.

This place is a hidden gem. Authentic Thai dishes that are reasonably priced, great service, healthy selections. Would definitely come back again.

visited this place twice, loved the taste of their food, will surely recommend to everyone who loves thai food.

Terrible! Do not order. Papaya salad had a terrible and strong odor, making it inedible. The peanut curry did not taste like peanuts, it was very watery and flavorless. The white rice had over cooked pieces all throughout and found 2 eyelashes in there. I ended up throwing out the entire order.
