I purchased my home through this agency and firmly believe they are the best. They were up front with details and very through.  When my closing agent fell through they were quick to supply me with a list of quality agency's to help me out. Plus, they are an independent office. It feels nice to keep money local rather than sending it out of town to some big name franchise.

I worked with Nancy J. Shattuck Real Estate to buy my home. Most of the agents are amazing, some could use some work. They are actively looking out for you and will help you into the wee hours of the night, if need be.

Landlord listed our apartment complex for sale through these realtors, next thing I know I get a GROUP TEXT MESSAGE from them saying " I need to make appt to show apartment to potential buyer. This wednesday at noon. Thank you in advance for your cooperation." So, in other words not only did they share my info with 6 other random numbers, but they just assumed I would be available to be at my house on a business day at noon to show them the place. Very unprofessional and rude of them. I would be fine letting them in but it'd be nice if they would have actually treated me like a normal person and asked 1on1 and not given out my personal telephone number.
