Then the Clerk’s office can process your final marriage certificate immediately as you wait for a $3.00 fee (cash only). Then you won’t need to send in payment for your final marriage certificate and wait for it to be mailed to you.

You may also get your marriage license at any Virginia Circuit Court Clerk’s office in any county statewide and still come to Winchester to get married for huge savings. There is no requirement to get your marriage license in Winchester or Frederick County.

$30.00 for your license, $45.00 for the marriage, $3.00 for the final stamped marriage certificate. That’s a total of $78.00.

With me there are NO hidden charges for a fast simple civil marriage. The only way my fees could go up is if you have requirements for additional services for a wedding that is to be more than just the simple informal officiating of your marriage. But I’ll do it your way, so it’s perfectly okay if you require additional services and want your wedding to be more than in-and-out, fast simple and easy, and if you want a ceremony with more than ten minutes needed, etc. I am always more than happy to perform the bigger, fancier, longer, more formal, extravagant “event” type services too! And whether you want a simple quick civil marriage or a larger more formal ceremony, I do it your way. Inquire for additional costs for services needed beyond the quick $45.00 legal civil marriage itself.

The price is $45.00 if it’s only the two of you at the Winchester Judicial Center during business hours on the same day you get a Winchester or Frederick County marriage license.

Coming to Winchester with a marriage license from another county, add on $10.00 if you get married at the Winchester court house with a license from another jurisdiction.

Getting married somewhere besides the Winchester Frederick County Judicial center? Add $10.00 to get married at my inn. Call for pricing for me to go elsewhere. Price is based on my time and distance.

Dress-up or requested attire?…Add on $25.00.

Want a changing room or bathroom at my inn?…Add on $10.00 plus $2.00 per minute.

Additional people other than just the marrying couple?…Add on $5.00 per each additional person of any age.

More than 10 minutes of my time needed at my inn or any other location?…Add on $2.00 per additional minute.

For non-scheduled same-day marriages, just call. Leave a message if I don’t answer. I turn my phone off during marriages. I’ll call back! Pre-scheduled marriages for specific dates and times (to be put on my calendar) can be made by a non-refundable payment in advance to reserve that time. My services cannot be reserved and put down as a scheduled appointment without payment in advance.
