I went there for dinner for two and it was an amazing experience . - food price usually range from 8 to 20 bucks. - kids meals are about 9 bucks but the burger is massive for kids as well. - overall food quality was amazing, burgers are juicy and buns are fresh . Fries could have been better . - cookies are soft but well done - service is prompt - cocktails are budget friendly - most of them are about 7-8 bucks. - overall place is clean including the restrooms. Overall, highly recommended.
Eat here *only* if no other diner is open. IMHO - the food is of mediocre quality, at-best. The smell of cigarette smoking escape the kitchen upon entry. The Men's rest room is likely cleaned once a month.
A long time ago this was a good diner. Now there are small salads. Cold soups and cold entrees all of which should be hot. Many items in the dinner specials unavailable. Even early in the evening. Many other diners exist in the area. Find another one and avod this one.
Waitress was really nice! My son enjoyed his burger and fries.
The lady who seated us wasn't even a little cordial. While paying, the same lady had a side conversation while we waited to pay. Poor customer service from her but good service from other workers we interacted with. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served at good temperature. I'm not sure of cleaning standards. Salt and pepper shaker tops had not been cleaned for some time. Sugar jar was not so clean either. 3 stars for good food and service from everyone except the lady mentioned above.
Super experience! Amazing server, he was frendly, quick and got our special orders 100% correct. The food was really tasty, the restaurant was clean, and they make one heck of a mudslide! I highly recommend this diner, one of the better ones I have been to in a while!
Service was not good. Food was okay. I asked the waitress extra mayonnaise inside my sandwich and she serve the sandwich without any mayonnaise. She blames the chef. But aren't supposed to check the food order, once the chef gives it to you and before you serve anyway. The French Onion soup was warm not hot, and the mozzarella cheese was barely melted, The mozzarella cheese should be melted and show brown spots. I had to asked for refill in my coffee and soda . Most places I go, the waitress comes around and check if I need refills. Just pure laziness.
Well I got here Monday morning, 7am. Manuel Diner lights were off, no cars out front. That sure looks like it's closed!
What an absolute dump. I’d never go back there again. The cashier sat at the counter two seats from me with her phone on speaker for 20 minutes talking at full volume as though nobody else was around her. When I left and I mentioned it to her that nobody really wanted to hear a conversation her comment was what, you don’t like Hispanics. Unbelievable. Then she got aggressive and wouldn’t give me the managers phone number. I’ll never walk back in that dump
Our waiter, Eli was great. He quickly took our order and made every effort to make our breakfast enjoyable. He was friendly and attentive.Food: 4/5
