I waited on hold through 15 minutes of their incredibly loud advertisements. Finally I decided to just drive to the store, and they are closed for the day! What kind of lousy operation is this??! I won't be back, NAPA has lost a customer today.

Great service and can always get my parts by noon the next day if it isn't already on the shelves.

So I ordered some hoses for my car, their pricing was half of what the dealer was and a third of the other auto parts stores. The service was great and the people helpful. Great experience.

Dick and Mac are a couple of great guys. I think they have the best prices in town.
