Diana was an exceptionally helpful and informative manager helping me in a highly stressful situation and she was very gracious in answering my many questions on security and the protocol of the place. Highly recommended. Thank you Diana!

I rented three 10 x 20 units at this facility for several months. Over a month ago the door latches on one of my units failed to operate consistently. The "handyman" took about three weeks to determine that he could not fix it. I was given no other option other than to purchase insurance. No offer of a different unit, let alone a rebate for the inconvenience of having to move to another unit. I have two remaining units that will be cleared out this weekend. The management obviously does not care about either the upkeep of their facility or the maintenance of good customer relationships. The single star on this review is for the kindness of the office staff, who seemed to be helpless to do anything but watch good customers run away as fast as they can.

Having lost our home in the Atlas Peak fire, my wife and I needed a place to store the few things we were able to salvage. Diana, the assistant store manager, was super helpful and provided us a storage unit free for one month - it was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much for your help in our time of need!

Diana is the best. I needed a receipt and Diana pulled the receipt and emailed it to me before we even ended the phone call. That's only 1 reason for the 5 star. Diana answered the phone in a polite, professional, and informative manner. I never give 5 star reviews but Diane made the difference. Thank you Diane.

First of all you’re going to tell me “STORAGE PRO” if I want to discuss this matter further to contact your VP blah blah blah blah blah I hope the property owner is reading these reviews because this Storage Unit used to be the BEST one in Napa the BEST in Napa well that ISNT TRUE anymore since
“storage pro” has taking over. They are rude, unprofessional, inconsistent have no idea what their job is I’m talking about Office person all the way to management. They have changed policies that have been in place for years!!!! And when asked they shake their head like they really don’t care. This is the worst thing that you guys could have done. “Professionally” managed by storage pro LOL the only thing professional Storage pros has accomplished is pissing off your loyal customers of years and forcing them to leave like myself I haven’t given my notice yet but trust and believe at one time I rented the most units and spaces you had. I paid in the +1,000’s. But I’m packing and leaving because of the new management we were loyal to you guys wish it came back in return. I hope you’re reading this and I hope you guys see it for what it is and get rid of them and I’m sure will all come back. Clearly my negative review isnt a isolated incident you never had negative reviews before now you got three or four in just a few months.
How much more proof do you need..?!?
