Had very wonderful experience . My son was treated so well! The environment was very clean the staff was friendly and very happy. My son enjoyed his experience and we will defitnley be returning ! Hands down the best dentist office I've been to. I highly recommend any family to this office!!!

I spent several days trying to get in contact with the office at all. Call any time of day and no answer. Leave a message and no call back. Found another dentist instead but they don't do crowns so after my sons cleaning they sent a referral to that dr rocky office in which they were supposed to contact me months later still no contact. Wasn't sure how long the process was. Called the dentist who referrred me they said they called dr rocky same day I saw them needless to say I am now being referred to a different dentist. Haven't even been to dr rocky office but I will never want to do business with an office like this they need to be shut down lousy office

Very unprofessional dentist .  cancelled 2 spots to fill my kids cavities then had his staff call and say they are under staffed and he's too old.  The child Is 13.  Came up with any excuse it seems.  Won't recommend to family friends or anyone for that matter.

So my son had to have quite alot of dental work done due to weak enamel. We've gone multiple times for caps and whatnot and have had issues with the nurses (usually only the younger ones) being rude and often condescending. But never had an issue with Dr. Rocky himself. He was always very professional. But after today, we will not be returning to Dr Rocky for any more dental work. 

This man had the nerve to tell us that our son is going to end up getting beat up or put in prison. Then went on to say if we don't change the way we parent that he'll end up in the Dollar Paper. Now first of all, How dare you. Who the heck are you to make such a comment?? Second of all, until you can show me a Child Psychology degree with your name on it, Don't make psychological assessments of my child and turn around and tell me I'm a bad parent. 

He said all of this, simply because my THREE YEAR OLD son was screaming for them to "let him go!" because they had to have him restrained in the chair to do the procedure. Regardless of the reasons, it was WAY out of line and wildly inappropriate for him to make such a negative comment about a child.

The fact of the matter is, I've heard nothing but bad things about Dr. Napier but gave him a chance because he was my husband's childhood dentist. I see now that it was a HUGE mistake. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO HIM! I am absolutely appalled by how unprofessional the whole situation was.

We will NOT be returning for additional work.

Well lets see.. im gonna try to sum this up and keep it short.... he's basically f-ing RUDE! and just like the review from the lady earlier he told me my kid has ADHD! do me a favor and stick to the dental work! Needless to say we'll never go back there! And whoever gave him 5 stars.. either works there or they're out of their mind!
