Ordered online and delivery took an hour. We ordered pizza with some sides and a 2 liter Sprite - instead we got orange Fanta. I said something to the delivery guy and he said, oh they were out. When I called the restaurant to double check I was told that all they had was Fanta you ran out of sodas at 230PM on a Saturday?? and it wasn't their policy to call to check to see what we would like instead. So I paid for something I didn't get. Then I opened up the pizza and it looked terrible - I could've thrown some frozen broccoli on it myself and paid way less for the same thing. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

There was No tomato sauce inside whatsoever, the cheese is not stretchy, it looks like glue instead of cheese. I went there dozen of time but this time this one was simply not good . It doesn’t taste like pizza I don’t know what is going on but it was just not good at all.Food: 1/5

Excellent pizza, pasta, and garlic knots.  I the buffalo chicken salad is ok.  I’ll get it in a crunch, but it’s not my favorite menu item.  I look forward to trying more menu item.

Ordered from Naples yesterday, the man who took my order was very patient and helpful considering I had to call back because I didn’t know what I was ordering. I ordered a meatball parm and a baked ziti. Both were absolutely delicious. Whenever I’m around Naples will be my go to for food. Food was very good, can’t wait to explore the menu more.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for some time and I’ve never had any issues. Pick up orders are usually ready within 20 minutes and the food is always hot and fresh! The buffalo chicken pizza is a family favorite as well as their classic pepperoni.

This is my third  time here. The first time took forever to get my order ready. It was just a salad. Second time ive been calling and put me on hold for 10minutes. Third timethis time im gonna say something! i called so many times keep hanging up the phone on me and then i called and order Chicken Francese Doesnt understand my order and that was on the menu thats why i just placed my order here on doordash and just picked up. When i was asking for a hot sauce and the staff said it was an extra charge! I like to support small businesses and thats why this is my third time here now i gave up and because their service never improves. Akways put me on hold and hangs up on the phone So ill take my business to somewhere else.

Normally the food is ok but on this particular day I was served an uncooked burger

If you haven't tried the Philly Cheese Steak from Naples Pizza, you're missing out! The steak is cooked perfectly, its very well seasoned, the bread is nicely toasted. Everything just compliments each other perfectly. Super friendly staff and very clean location.

The people are nice overall. Today was just different, idk. I can only guess, dont order lunch special at the last 4 mins? Or check box before you leave.  On the phone, he was really nice about it. I just called to see what the hours for lunch special was and he said I could still do it.  I came in, got the pizza. I've had them in the past and they were good, even bought for whole family once. I've only ever ordered lunch special 2 or 3 other times, so can't speak for other foods  Today tho...not good at all. Not sure what happened. I should have looked at it before I left but never had a bad experience before so didn't bother. Crust was hard, cheese a lil dark some people like that, but then it'd be ordered, dark, not come that way but I thought thats fine. I don't mind a lil color. But pizza itself was not crispy exactly, but chewy hard, and the bottom was dark.  I dont get to usually come except for days I'm off so kind of sad. But its ok I guess. Made the best of it. Maybe will try one more time next time cuz overall, they're good and the people are nice.  Edit: I tried again and it was gooood and the ppl are nice. Everyone gas their off days. That pic was an off day. Oh!! And I've been Sleeping   on fried oreos. My brother bought some while we were getting wings and I tried the, A-friggin-Mazing!! so definitely try those if you're here and you like those kind of desserts.

Love their $5 special 2slices and a can of any drink … one of my go 2 for lunch also can help others eat without spending much who may be struggling !
