Upon calling this establishment for delivery, my girlfriend repeated our address, including our apartment number, several times. We wait for our food, finally an hour and a half goes by, we call them to ask where our food was and they never took down an apartment number to begin with. Mind you this isn’t a apartment complex, it’s a townhouse that’s very accessible and we can see anybody who pulls up within the lot. Nobody ever pulled up. After finally receiving our food, it was old and soggy. We reached out to settle our dissatisfaction and that we wanted a refund. We communicated with a manager named Frank who proceeded to blame us for not giving them an apartment number. Would not give us a refund unless the driver came back and swiped our card. This isn’t fair to the driver as he wasn’t the one who failed to write down our apartment number. Terrible service. Terrible business model. No longer a return customer. Shame on you Napoli’s.

Very good food, portions are bigger then most other italian resteraunts.

Ordered an Italian Beef sandwich yesterday and asked for au juice on the side. Went to pay and they charged me extra for the au juice.  Never had to pay at Rosatis or other places.
