SIMPLY THE BEST!!!  Expert care provided in a family friendly atmosphere, and personalized follow-up which is rarely  seen in these modern times.  We originally visited because Narberth Animal Hospital because it is one of the only vet offices in our area for exotic pets, but we transferred care for all of our four-legged family members because of the awesome team :-).

Dr Stetz basically let my cat suffer in pain because I wouldn't bring her in for the ridiculous 12 month exam that I wasted my money on MANY times before. I was a good customer at Narberth Animal Hospital for 6 years. I always did the exams, and everything else Dr Stetz's office asked me do, honestly it feel like a scam at times. I called Narberth Animal Hospital (Dr Stetz) today for a renewal for the Rx food because my PetSmart Banfield card has expired. My cat has been taking this Rx food for 3 years and if she doesn't get the medicine in this food then she can't urinate and cries all day in pain, it breaks my heart. According to all the tests Dr Stetz did 3 years ago, its anxiety related and my cat may need this special food for the rest of her life. I practically begged Dr Stetz to renew the Rx today but she refused. The food costs $45 for a medium size bag and I just can't afford to also bring my cat in every 12 months too...so I bring them (I have 2 cats) in about every 18 months reduce the costs while still being a good pet owner. Dr Stetz just kept saying, "YOUR doctor wouldn't give YOU an Rx if you didn't come in every 12 months"...well Dr Stetz, there's one big difference, since my cat is otherwise in great shape, there's nothing that you would find in a simple routine exam, ie: a heart murmer, that would make you STOP prescribing this Rx food, so I can't understand why you won't renew an Rx for food that she really needs. I'm sorry but I dont believe that the state would take your license away over my specific case...I don't believe that for one single minute. I will never go back to Narberth Animal Hospital again.

ferrets have received consistently fantastic health care ranging from routine check-up and vaccinations to insulinoma and injury. Staff are all friendly and helpful. To my knowledge they treat a variety of exotics as well as cats and dogs but definitely call for more information.

Dr Stetz and her staff were so very compassionate and caring. 
They are an eclectic group of wonderful people and I'm thankful to have found them

Prompt, quick service that makes my pets feel at home even at the vet! My pup is always so excited when we walk in that door to hear the animal sounds and smell the animal smells, and doesn't even notice (let alone MIND) getting her shots and checkups. Staff is friendly and caring to people and animals alike, and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
