The space flight museum is free and includes small theaters to explain the operation of the fabrication and launch facility and displays of historic items. It's self guided with ample parking. I suspect school tours are regularly scheduled, as well. Anyone interested in space flight will enjoy the facility. The actual facility is across the road and tracking equipment is clearly visible. I noticed bleachers and suppose that launch viewing is open to the public from there. It would be a spectecular view. It would be a shame to drive past without taking a look.

It's a must to visit this place if you're in the area. It's free, with live demonstrations, we shot moke misses into space, my daughter loved it. Souvenir shop is reasonable.

Very awesome place👍👍 we took our child there during the big eclipse on 8-21-17 and it was so nice .. they gave us free glasses and info .. it was very very packed for the big eclipse but it was very nice and I thank them so much for the glasses😎(because everywhere else was sold out of glasses) and info😉we had a great time and will definitely be back!!👍👍😀😉❤👨‍👩‍👧 🌌🌖🌑🚀🌛🌞☀🌟⭐🚀 by the way it's not that packed all the time only on special events😉

Small visitor center. Definitely worth about 30 min when you are going to or from Chincoteague. Small gift shop. A few picnic tables. Opportunity to watch planes practice touch and go maneuvers at NASA facility across the street.
