We called 24 7 roadside well they didn't show so we left a review because we thought it was Nashville roadside, Well Chad called us back and was very polite I definitely locked Chad in on my phone he sounds like a professional guy we mistaked him for some else Thanks Chad for your concern with our experience!!

I am not usually one to write a review but after my WONDERFUL experience today with Nashville Roadside Assistance i had to share it with the world. I am a nurse and work alot of hours and do not have time to deal with auto repair shops ( which have ALWAYS overcharged me and said i needed things repaired and i did not : ( ) . I needed a battery replaced today while i was at work. I live 35 miles away from my job so i did not have anyone close to help me and i sure do not know how to replace a battery. Well i called Nashville Roadside Assistance and WOW, they returned my call within minutes, they came to my work and replaced my battery very fast. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a mechanic. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, fast and efficient, and at an EXCELLENT PRICE!!! I am so grateful to have found this AMAZING mechanic who will definitely be on my speed dial for future needs. It feels really good that there are still GOOD people out there that are truly honest and fair and extremely friendly. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I would recommend this company to my family and friends. The whole process was easy, the gentleman was polite and efficient, and the cost was comparable to/less than other roadside services that I have used. The app to track where they were as they traveled to your location was also reassuring. A great service!

Amazingly fast response, great service, friendly technician and all at an excellent price. 

I awoke to find I not only had a flat tire, but also didn't have all the pieces to my jack or the wrench to remove the spare. A quick phone call later that evening to Nashville Roadside Assistance and I was  back up and running in less than an hour.

Highly recommended.
