Florida state licensed roofing contractor. Family owned and operated in South Florida since 1994. Owners are "on the job"..Mr. and Mrs. Tim Nast.

We offer honest estimates for roof repair, roof replacement and roof maintenance. We are fully insured . We work on residential and commercial roofs. We have experience with condo and homeowner associations. We have staff with over 75 years experience in the Florida roofing industry. Our owners Tim and Debbie Nast are "on the job".

Nast Roofing did my flat roof in 2011 and I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do my main roof.  My new roof was completed last week and it looks amazing!  The workers were competent, professional and hard-working.  They show up when scheduled, and the work site (my home) was spotless every night when they left.  Their prices are competitive, fair and reasonable considering the arduous nature of the work they do.  I know I sure wouldn't want to be on my roof in 100 degree heat working with boiling tar!  Nast also has a wonderful, caring, efficient and friendly office staff.  They guide you through every step of the procedure and keep you up to date at all times.  You will not go wrong if you choose Nast Roofing for any of your roofing needs.  They are a solid, reliable, and honest company, and they stand by any work that they do.

Professional but personal service since the beginning of this long process for my new roof.  I required a total new roof with many repairs to the wood.  These guys were on top of everything even when other contractors drug their feet.  I would recommend Debbie and Tim to any of my acquaintances who need a roof in the future.  
All employees were friendly and accommodating to my needs.  The choice of the roof was superb.  Nast offered an design company to help me with that and boy am I glad because I would have made a huge mistake otherwise.

I am managing a property for one of my clients and recommended a new roof before we put it up for sale. I got three different quotes. Nast was the most professional and their price was extremely competitive. These guys have been around forever for a reason--they have great customer service and know their business. If you have questions about your roof, I definitely recommend calling Nast.

Nast Roofing has done my roofs on all of the night houses here at the sanctuary, (7) without a hitch and on our porches as well.  NO problems and they were completed in a timely fashion.

Nast Roofing handled the roof replacement at my rental property in Hollywood perfectly. I live out of state and was very concerned with not being able to physically see the work being done. Debbie in their office kept me in the loop and sent pictures of all work stages. My tenant also emailed me to confirm they kept the yard clean and free of any debris that could cause issues. Thank you Debbie!
