I have had nothing but good service from this particular agent. I've been getting my insurance from them for 7 years now and have had a few claims filed. They have always been very responsive and gone above and beyond to take care of anything I needed.I currently live over 100 miles from his office and I still deal with Nate or Melissa in this office for all my needs.

This specific gentlemen, I mean disgustingly, disrespectful, ill manner life form for a human being talked to me as if I were lower than dog feces on the bottom of his shoe. Honestly, I have never been talked to that way in my life. I am glad I do not do business with him. I would not recommend spending any money with Nate Cooper. The fact that he would not stand up and fight for his clients is so pathetic. He is only out for one thing, your hard earned money with no insurance agent present to help you with your questions about insurance or if heaven forbid you get in a car wreck, tornado, or flooding you're caught with your pants down.  As for my money and I, BYE!
