Wonderful! We had Nate's Custom Renovations remove a wall between two bedrooms and  create a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom and the experience was so great that seven months later we used them to remodel our kitchen/dining room and install wood flooring on our entire main floor. The entire process was smooth from the planning stages to the actual construction. Nate did the design and provided drawings and we were able to modify them up to three times but were happy with the first drawing! Picking out the finishes was a breeze - Nate provided a spreadsheet with the budgeted amount for each item. He also told us the order in which we should pick things out. Every where we went, the suppliers knew of Nate's and praised their work. Once the construction started, Tim was our main carpenter and he was so awesome! He's pleasant to work with, does great work (my step dad commented on how good his carpentry work was may times), is detailed, and very clean. They were at our house every day and cleaned up before they left. For the second job, Tim was on vacation for a week and Dave was our main carpenter and he was fabulous to work with as well. I would recommend Nate's Custom Renovations to everyone that wants the job done extremely well, for the cost that was estimated, and completed in a timely manner.

We are extremely pleased with our remodel project with Nate's Custom Renovations.  From start to completion, Nate and his staff were terrific.  Our project started on time and finsihed ahead of schedule.  His creative insight opened up new ideas we didn't think of.  The quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.  Nate's remodel process was very easy to understand and worked very well throughout the project.  We highly recommend Nate's Custom Renovations on any remodel project.

We hired Nate's team to finish the basement of our home in Malcolm and were very pleased with the experience. From the start, Nate was very professional and understood our goals. The first rendering he put together proved to us he was really trying to capture our interests. Once we started, his project leader, Dave Wellman, was great at problem solving and communicating at every stage of the project.

We recommend Nate's Custom Renovations and would definitely hire them again.

I had my kitchen remodeled on a very limited budget.  It looks so good.  I was pleased that the job was done in 3 weeks, as in the bid.  I was treated kindly and with respect; I handed them the house key and knew they would be working hard to complete the job and make me happy.  Nate followed up with calls; minor details were addressed within a week.
