I’ve been working with State Farm and Nathan Vaughn for awhile now. I get great service and I know he and his team will be there if I need them.

Have insurance with Nathan for 45 years. My mom and dad had insurance with him. I believe it's not only the name of your insurance and what your policy carries but the agent that personally cares for his clients. You don't find that anymore. So thankful for the friendship and professionalism of Nathan and his staff.

Wouldn't go anywhere else...just really good ppl here. Very reasonable pricing..you can get auto, life, homeowners, boats, and many other types of ins. Nathan Vaughn has proven many times over how much he cares Abt "the little guy" I purchased a 6 mth/full coverage on a '19 model...he beat out the competition by over $375...

Nathan was the first person I met in Kingsport in 1986;  I've been doing business with him ever since.  Totally solid and reliable, I've never considered going anywhere else.

The agent I dealt with was very inept and did not perform her basic job duties. I was so surprised and disappointed with this experience. I will definitely be changing insurance companies.

If you are looking for an agency that cares about it's customers and values human connection then this is the one.

Nathan and his staff is very knowledgeable ,helpful and friendly. They make buying insurance a pleasure.
