The french fries are soggy, a little raw, under cooked, and from the appearance it seems the oil hasnt been changed in a while. Note the dark, burned specs sticking to the fries. The good news is they have a combo meal less than $12. Just around $8 for the nuggets, fries and drink. Too bad the taste is not great like they used to be. At the Paramus Park Mall, they still have hamburgers, but they really overpriced them and tastes just as bad as NY burgers. Such a shame since Nathans used to have some of the best burgers and fries. I think they changed management or food suppliers in the past few years and that lead to the huge drop in food quality, taste and a huge rise in price to the customer.

I visited this location on 12/17/21. I ordered the seafood platter and a drink. The fried clams are HARD. The fish is overcooked, dry and bland. The hush puppies are hard and burnt. The quality of this location has steadily deteriorated. Won't be going back.  .

The fish sandwich that we got was quail cooked and had a nice toasty bun as well as very fresh lettuce. I would definitely order the fish sandwich again.  However the hush puppies, while being fairly moist inside, are quite dry on the outside and came with no sauce which I'm assuming they're supposed to because they're so dry.  #Hushpuppies #fishsandwich #seafood #Nathans

Went here and got some Chicken Tenders with fries along with sharing some fish as well. All in all the food was great, no complaints from me. I like crispy fries although that's personal preference so I won't detract a star for that reason. Would recommend!

If you’re going to order food just make sure that the manager Luis isn’t there. His horrible communication skills will guarantee a messed up order 2 out of 3 times. The people working there deserve better management.

The food was okay but they didn't give my whole order. I ordered fish n chips which they surely charged me $5.99 plus tax. But when it came to dispensing the order left it out. Really upset when I got home and my food was not there.

Ordered a Krispy chicken sandwich, my wife ate half of it before noticing the bread had mold on the bottom. Extremely disgusting and lack of care in preparation. The sales rep did not offer a full refund and instead suggested I take a refund on the sandwich only. Extremely disappointed.

Expensive.  Hot Dogs are now the size of pencils.

Please do yourself a favor and don't eat here.. Employees are very disgusting because THEY DO NOT use gloves to prepare your food! And thanks to them, I had a stomach virus to a point where I was hurling... But anyways, don't eat here guys, soon the Health Department will be visiting

Food and service was great! It also had an Arthur Treacher's, which was delicious.
