Nice guy, helpful  staff, really knows his stuff: well educated on the latest medical journals and treatment methods (unlike some doctors which only pass medical schools and think they know everything). 👍👍
P.S. Directions: The office entrance is located on the southwest side of the building, right around the corner of Fulton and Washington. First entrance door on Washington, ring buzzer for LB1 to get buzzed into building and make your first right down the hall and they'll be at the end of the hall on the right.

Dr. Jacob takes his time with patients, not only to explain what he is doing, but to get to know his patients as well. You can tell that he genuinely cares and wants his patients to walk out happy.
