**Edit: right after this ordeal at the Show Low branch I drove down to the Pinetop branch and I had NO problems, wasn't asked for my ID and got my money no problem.  Jennifer needs to take a lesson from them!

wow, I go to this branch just to get treated poorly by Jennifer, the supervisor, who says without ID I can't get my money out(forgot it at home).  Funny because to identify me when I called my bank in Heber just uses last 4 of my social and  security question.  I was willing to offer Jennifer my account number and both socials of my and my husband who is also on the account.  She wouldn't budge and was snotty.  I left my wallet at home in Heber and kids needed food while we were out but Jennifer didn't have compassion.  What a terrible experience!

Friendly tellers that greet you as you walk in make this bank special. The drive through is big and covered and convenient.

I have been a customer of this branch for years. I am treated better at everyone of there other branches in the state. They have run off all the friendly people that have ever worked there. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by any bank.
