Extremely rude customer service, really bad attitude it's really embarrassing to witness . No wonder this bank has such bad reviews I've gone to other locations where they treat you with respect, this location is sadly not one of them.

I will never bank with an institution that won't accept change as legal tender. I have to roll it and bring it back? Get real. What bank doesn't have a change counter. Looks like it's time to transfer accounts.

They ran my credit never returned my call to tell me if I was approved or decline it was a waste of my time

If I could do less than 1 I would!!  Worst customer service ever, 3 phone calls and still couldn't help me and hung up, plenty of other banking institutions out there, I should have listened to my kids and their issues with the bank
