Great customer service! Rented for two days - the staff was prompt and professional.

I rented three times over three weeks for four days each time. 
PROS:  Pick-up and drop-off was quick and easy, the vehicles were clean and had full tanks of gas.
CONS:  Two of the cars were due maintenance when I got them and they all required windshield washer fluid (two were empty when I got them).  Check your fluids before you leave the lot.

Great rental. Always good vehicles and service at National compared to other rental companies.

The mini van we rented had not been cleaned.  The carpets were covered in animal hair (horse, dog, etc.)  The vehicle was also not cleaned on the outside, and was filthy.  L:ooked like someone had taken a van that was turned in, and rented it to us immediately, without cleaning.  We were very disappointed and expect some type of credit or discount for the condition of this rental.  We have been National Emerald Aisle customers for years, and this is the worst experience we have had.
