I bought a 2015 Honda civic from National City Auto Center for my son and my whole experience with them was so easy and pleasant! I would recommend National City Auto Center to everyone! I recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota and I thought their customer service was excellent and I thought no one could do better than that but let me tell you, National City Auto Center is up there! excellent customer service! next time I am shopping for a car I will definitely go to them!

I purchased a 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged with 61k mi about 5 weeks ago. I had very good experience with this dealership. Smooth transaction no problems. 

I purchased the vehicle the same day I looked at it. The owner promised to do a full detail, pop out a dent and look for the spare key.  I called in 2 weeks later and he remembered his promise and followed through without hesitation. The vehicle runs like a champ no issues. 

Overall I have no complaints, I'm a very satisfied customer. I would do business with them in future.

Through a referral from my boyfriend, I came to look for a great deal on a used car, and that's exactly what happened!  "Mike", the salesman was very helpful and friendly.  I picked out the car I wanted, which had low mileage and was a fairly newer car. I took it for a test drive and with the help of the finance manager Mauricio Motta, I was able to drive off the lot in the car I wanted within no more than 2 hours.  My overall experience with National City Auto Center was fast and satisfactory.

this company was honestly hassle free, got me what i needed at a very reasonable price and in a really quick easy process. they are very nice people and genuinely care about helping me when i really had no one to help. the best company i have worked with to get me my car. THANK YOU NATIONAL CITY AUTO CENTER!!!!

I want to thank Abduhl for recommending this place to purchase my Scion XB. Also Mike with a great customer service, showing me all my options, and last Mauricio, everyone here is so helpful even with my poor credit. They did their best to help me finance. I'm so happy with my car. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank You National City Auto Center
