National Cremation handled my Uncle Tony's affairs.  They were just amazing and it was hard for me since he lived in Florida and I lived in Massachusetts.  They made it easy and were so helpful and patient.  They really made me feel like they cared about my feelings and that really made a difference.  I highly recommend them.  This is the second time I have used them in two years and both were a super positive experience.  They treat you like family and handled everything for me. From my initial reaching out to National Cremation Society of North Palm Beach due to my husband passing away in South Florida recently I felt the words spoken and actions taken were heartfelt, timely and authentic.  Chastity Scott and most recently Elizabeth have always followed up in an appropriate way asking how I am and what they could do for me through their available services.  The passing of a spouse is extremely difficult but I felt like partners were by my side every step of the way. They answered my very specific questions related to ashes identification and air travel as well as providing the related documents in a timely manner to make it happen in the time frame the family requested.  Thank you from the core of my heart! Thank you.

The customer service was outstanding.  Chastity Scott helped me through the process as it was as first time dealing with this kind of experience myself.  She was extremely helpful, empathetic, and patient with all of my questions.  There was absolutely no pressure for additional services as she shared all of the options.  Her guidance made a difficult situation tolerable.  Would highly recommend using National Cremation Society.

Chastity was absolutely fabulous, so kind so gentle. I was absolutely heartbroken. Could barely breathe. Chastity was patient loving caring with her words. She was a wonderful support. She absolutely knew one of the hardest things I would have to do was write my mother's obituary It really felt like she held my hand the whole way.

Chastity was very efficient and helpful. My mother and father set this up for themselves years ago. When my mother passed, my father handed me their card, one phone call later, arrangements were done. Very grateful that they had everything under control.

Very easy process. The rep was professional and courteous and explained all the different options to the plan. Easy payment plan no interest at the time. Affordable for both local and travel plans. No pressure and the process was easier than expected. The representative met me at a selected location of my choice.

My brother had paid in advance a few years earlier for his cremation with National Cremation Society. Once he passed, I contacted them and was put in touch with Chastity Scott. From that point, my experience working with Chastity was very positive and appreciated. She made a difficult, sorrowful situation much easier to deal with. Chastity portrayed compassion, care, and understanding a grieving family member needs at such a time. Also, there were no "surprises". All I had to pay for was for the death certificates, handling and shipping the remanins to me in Georgia. I was, and still am, most grateful to her for her attention and the comfort she provided. That meant a volumes to a grieving family! Thank you Chastity at NCS!

National Cremation Society was about as professional, thoughtful and caring as I could have possibly imagined. Our experience was 100% positive in every way and I would totally recommend them to anyone! Thank you for making everything so easy for us!!!!!
