We used this company about a year ago when my Father passed away. Millie took great care of us... She never pushed us into anything and was so compassionate with the whole process.. She was so easy to work. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Millie. I live In Illinois I just wish this company was near my home town.. Also after dealing with this whole process it really opened my eyes to several things and how I want to have things handled for me..

Millie was very helpful when my husband passed, It was an unexpected death so I was not ready. I did not feel pressured to purchase  things that I did not need or want. I had used this service when my Dad passed a few years ago and I will let my family know that when it is my time to call Millie

I would not use this company again.  They essentially force you to purchase things you do not want and do not need - $600 worth of stuff that once you receive you realize it's worth about $100 if that.  The package includes scattering at sea, but what they do not tell you is that you do not get to go with.  Only the ashes go, no family.  If I had the chance to do this again I would spend time researching the options at local funeral homes.  When you discuss the problem with them all they can say is we had a merger and we don't like the package either, which is not at all helpful.
