This is the worst Funeral home ever. I have heard rumors about it but still attempted to try it out for my grandma who past away. Omg what a mistake I made! As I was walking into the funeral home I looked in the back of the van that clearly said auxiliadora and saw about 6-8 bodies just thrown there. Like these are people’s loved ones you animals.The Spanish speaking driver with black earrings was shocked what I had seen.  Then I walked in and it look like a circus. One of the funeral directors wearing a snoopy tie, the other smelled like a gallon of vodka. There was a Latin Spanish speaking girl screaming and laughing girl walking around half naked. I had to step out to make sure I walked into the funeral home. When I approached Dayana Sosa( president) which was very unprofessional I had to just turn away and leave.. I have filed a complaint with the state of Florida. I will not stop until the business is shut down. I went down the street to Graceland funeral home and got the Professional service I was looking for. Thank you Graceland Funeral Home.

Liars....Be careful do not believe in  those people they do  not do what they offer  , they look like nice, but Make sure they write down what they  promise  to you ,do not make any payment or sign any contract before you revise it. They cut service but not cost.  Liars.

When my grandma passed away on December 24, I didnt know where to go. Then, I went to National Funeral Homes and they helped me with the funeral and to send my grandma to Cuba, we didn't have all the money and they helped us out. Thanks Dayana and Yeni for everything, God bless you always. I do recommend them and if you see a negative comment, people will always complaint about anything but you can count with Dayana and National Funeral homes, they are great, professional, excellent service, fast, reliable and have a big heart. God bless Dayana, Yeni and your business.
