Horrible, you stand and wait for help forever even though there are 2 girls working. Got a call to tell me they renewed my insurance. Advised them I was looking into another insurance company and then they told me I'm in a new contract even though I never resigned anything and they basically told me I was SOL. Also even though you pay every month they don't cover anything. They are a rip off!!!!! Wrote this whole thing waiting to be helped! .........and I'm still waiting.

My husband and I have used this company for a couple years. He has been with them for 10 years. They doubled our premium without sending a letter or leaving a message. I am now waiting for a reimbursement check but the manager will not return a phone call. We will see if I receive the check that I am waiting for.
