This the first service review I have ever written and I would give them zero stars if I could, just like many others in the reviews below. Their customer service / billing department straight up scams you. They forced me to put a card on account and then proceeded to charge me for services I never received without even telling me! When I called to resolve the issue, they passed me around and made promises they would get back to me, which they never did. My service never got completed and I am down $160 but they are down a customer. On top of it, before they ripped me off, the customer service department is extremely rude, as if you calling them for business, is asking them for a favor. From a person who runs a business themself, I would advise against this company and go to the many others out there. Simply the worst.

UPDATE: RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM NATIONAL WHICH I APPRECIATED. DECLINED HAVING ANYONE COME TO MY HOUSE SINCE IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED AS NOTED BELOW - THANK YOU PETE AND DOLORES. JUST HOPE THAT INEVITABLE NEXT TIME, ANY PROBLEMS ARE GIVEN A BIT MORE CONSIDERATION. Great at selling, very poor at service. The Sundance Hot Tub we purchased is beautiful. Problems came when service was required. The Receptionist for service appointments, Dolores, could not be nicer - want to make sure to state that up front! Over the holidays I was in Florida and the person who watches our cat and keeps an eye on the hot tub called to tell me we had an error message and the heater was disabled. Very bad news given the temps this area experienced - I had visions of coming back to a destroyed hot tub that was less than a year old. I immediately called and was put on the phone with someone who did not seem to comprehend that I was in Florida, not my backyard. Once I finally made it understood that I could not attempt the procedures I was being told, I was grudgingly put back online with Dolores to schedule an appointment. The first available was 5 days later but I was assured that the pipes would not freeze up because water was still circulating. So, plan was for my house sitter to meet them last Friday the 5th of January. Of course it snowed Thursday! So, my house sitter was told service rep could not get to the house Friday but when I returned that weekend, I should then call Monday to set up a new appointment. I returned Sunday to a mess - water half gone (it had been maintaining fine thru the Friday before and holding at 80 degrees). I called and was walked thru a procedure that did indeed clear the error message and I got the water level back up, so kudos to that guy that I spoke to. Called Monday however because - drum roll please - there is still an underlying reason that all of this happened!! On that call, I find out that the service rep had stopped by Saturday without letting my house sitter know to meet him and his big diagnosis was that the water level was low. That is simply downright insulting - I have had the tub for nearly 10 months. I know how the water level is critical to maintain and so does my house sitter. Again, there was an underlying reason that the error message happened - and even worse that the water level dropped so drastically in 1 day - and he needed to speak to my house sitter to understand what she had been dealing with for over a week by this time. Also, no one was ever informed that he stopped by and found the water level low - if he sent a message telepathically, it did not get thru. Had we known, my house sitter would have been there Saturday taking care of the water level so I did not come home to a mess on Sunday. I was told this past Monday that he would call me this week - as of this AM, no word at all and no messages to call him back. But, here's the kicker! I got a call back asking for a credit card number for the $150 service call charge. I challenged that given a warranty should be in effect and it was taken off, but would someone please tell me exactly what I would have been paying for? I have since figured out myself - I think - what happened. I was not given instruction at installation on what caused the recent problem so found out the hard way that it was something else I should be maintaining. In the final analysis, I did get things back on track thanks to the one gentleman at the showroom who spoke to me last Sunday and I suppose I would be told that it all worked out fine. But it was a battle all the way to get any help and I still have no answer to the underlying issue other than what I figured out myself and no help with fixing things and getting the tub running properly again. I live alone and while I am not old by any means, it was a job to deal with a frozen hose and filter messes on my own after walking in the door from traveling all morning. I would have paid the $150 for assistance.

We just finished installing our new spa and Tim worked with us from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions and even came to our home to teach us how to keep everything in tip top shape. I certainly hope we get enough use out of the spa to justify the cost.

We have shopped here for years for chemicals but recently needed to replace a hot tub. After dealing with larger companies, assholes, and fu fu brands (all fluff no power) the spa professionals at national put us in the best hot tub for us. The whole experience was 5 star only because Tim Wilson, the spa manager, was exceptionally attentive. He made sure the spa fit not only our needs but our bodies as well. He follows up on everything. From delivery to an in home tutorial he is the best. He goes the extra mile and a half for sure. Thanks Tim Wilson. He is the nicest kindest sales rep we've ever met. It's comforting to know your are just a few blocks away! Can't wait to shop for tub toys and see Tim again. Please don't retire anytime soon, we would hate to find a new spa/pool place!

Our pool came out amazing!!! Steve was the best, he walked us through every single step and was there to answer every question we had, no matter how trivial it seemed. We had researched and met with tons of pool companies before we decided on National, and we are so glad that we chose them! Dan had built my parents' pool 30 years ago so it is ironic that we both have National pools now! Between our sunshelf, bubblers, lighting, waterfall, spillover spa, and fire bowls, we now have a backyard oasis to enjoy with our friends and family all summer long! Our backyard is like a resort vacation to us! Thank you to Steve, Dan, and Diana for all of your help and assistance to help make this possible for our family!
