I have never had anyone treat me with as much human decency and respect when it comes to insurance as I have had with Mike. He has been so helpful and always willing to work with me on different situations. I at one point called in to make a towing claim and the company started to give me the run around. I emailed him about it and on the same day he had emailed me twice and emailed cooperate, ensuring that the problem would be fixed. Great service! Highly recommended

Worst Experience Ever... had to threaten suit to get stuff done. Mangled our homeowners insurance so bad, cost us $1200 in fees.  Took 3-days and 11 phone calls to fix his mess. Could not even get the numbers straight.  A trained chimp wold do a better job.

Mike and his staff consistently serve me better than any agency or company I've been insured with before.  His office is a place you always leave smiling.  Save money and get an agent that truly cares for you.
