Nationwide is the best! They are literally only a phone call away! They are super easy to get in contact with and are always so nice in helping with anything and everything! Highly recommend them! We’ve had them for years and wouldn’t want to use anyone else!

My 21yo son wrecked his truck two states away. Nationwide suggested a body shop in the town where the truck was wrecked. Now that the truck is fixed, our Nationwide agent says they won't deliver the truck to our home and it must be picked up. Well, my son has had to go to Ohio to work and can't pick up the vehicle. Now he must come out of pocket to hire someone to pick up the truck (two days travel) hotel and gas to get there and then back. We are told that the vehicle should have been towed before it was fixed, but that was never given as an option. I feel very let down by Nationwide.
