I have had nationwide for about 8 years now.  Last year I changed agents (from John Elko to Warren Carr) and have been much more satisfied with their service. I had a rather large monthly premium on auto insurance that Warren was able to reduce by about 17%.  My family also intends to move agents from Elko to Carr soon.  Warren's staff is very knowledgable of insurance and eager to help whenever they are needed.
