I’ve enjoyed coming here over the years for spa services.  My services have been provided by friendly and professional individuals.  I feel this company does not go out of the way to appreciate loyal customers.  Although I’ve spent thousands of dollars here I don’t feel my patronage is appreciated.  With the latest frequent visitor campaign, the first I know of, I brought to the managers’ attention that I had been coming for years only to be told I needed to spend another $400 for $10 off services.  There is too much competition to remain loyal just for the sake of it, I had to cut ties.

I have been going here for years, ever since they opened. I have always had very deferential, courteous service. I always get the signature pedicure. They start with picking your element - such as wood, water, etc. to suit your mood. You're given a cup of tea or water if you like, and head to the back where they have comfy swing chairs or low seats and soak your feet in perfumed hot water while you rest to peaceful music. When ready, they bring you to a chair, will give you an eyemask filled with lavender and a blanket if you want one while they lean you back and take care of your pedicure. It is an amazing, relaxing experience. They take their time and do it properly. Always a treat to go here.

I have been visiting Natural Body Spa in Snellville since they opened. Extended days and hours assures that I can go anytime I am free. Beautiful, wonderful, relaxing environment with awesome staff.  I love the microcurrent facials and cannot find anyone else in town that does that facial!

Love this spa so much, great customer service. I fell asleep during my massage and that's a hard thing to accomplish so great job.
