Nice selection of foods and products. A bit expensive. Some things I can find cheaper online but it's convenient, clean, and friendly staff.

This was my first experience with this grocer, which was a real nice treat... being that we do not have these types of grocery stores in our area in NW Kansas, and definitely a good place to do some shopping. They offer a very wide selection of natural and organic products. I was able to increase my pantry with new organic spices, herbs and grains that I couldn't normally get anywhere else. One aspect that I didn't anticipate was that this is a "bring your own bag" store. Thankfully, they do offer reuseable bags for sale at the register for $0.99 each, which are pretty heavy duty. I'm already planning for my next trip to this store when I make my trek across the state in the Spring, in which I will be bringing coolers to purchase cold and perishible items, and to increase and replenish my pantry of even more organic herbs, spices and grains that I missed the first time.

Pleasant, helpful staff that know where their products are located. Fresh fruit and veggies; milk and other organic liquids. Herbs, breads, lots of choices! Vitamins, other medicines available, with several options.

Best selection in Topeka for organic foods. Good produce and free range/hormone free meat selection and good quality. Excellent prices compared to other health food stores, especially on flour and vitamins. They could with more tea, but I really like tea. And the staff leaves something to be desired (a paper bag would more likely answer your question than some of this lot).
