Nice little locally owned pet store, although the guy that was running it for a while told me he didn't want 360 photos taken for google street maps because nothing in life is free. Very odd, but whatever. This is the #1 problem with locally owned businesses, they don't know how to market.

We love this store!  They always provide us with the best advice on how to help our cats get great quality food.  Ever since we started shopping here, our cats have been happier, softer, and more playful!

I was a loyal customer for years until the owner chose not to honor the frequent buyer's program for Fromm cat food. She was also extremely rude. I will never go back.

Best pet food and pet supply store I have ever been to!!!!  Also, I was shocked that the prices were actually cheaper than the large chain pet stores but the food is MUCH FRESHER!  The staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful (and patient) with this picky pet owner!  Thank you Natural Pet Supply of Knoxville for Excellent Customer Service and for Excellent Products!
