Wow I can say that I am really shocked at the comments that I have read because I honestly had a great experience with Kristy. I was refereed from a friend & I loved the convenience of her online scheduling. She was ready and prepared for me when I got there but that might have been because I was a little late for my appointment . I loved that she took the time to ask me about how I cared for my hair and different tips that I should try. I was in and out and my twist are the bomb. The only complaint I would have is that she has a noisy coworker that was a little annoying but I will be going back!

I am in complete agreement with the most recent posts.  I made an appt for my daughter online last year I believe.  It was an early morning appt (7 or 8am).  My  daughter was so excited to get the twist and so was I.  We arrived to our appt on time, only for her to come out to ask me if I received her text that she was running behind schedule by an over an hour.  I told her no, that I have not check my phone since we left the house 40 min earlier.  Now, it is early in the morning, so I am thinking "how are you running behind schedule this early".  But, we were willing to wait and she said ok, but that the twists would need overnight to dry.  I didn't think through what she said initially.  Anyhoo, we continued to sit and then I check my phone.  She text me 15 min before my appt time to tell me that she was running behind and in this same text  suggested that should reschedule the appt.  So, now I am upset.  How do you fall behind schedule before 8am in the morning and send a text 15 min before our appt time and suggest that we reschedule?  I got up our of the chair and walked back to her little room.  I asked her exactly how long she was going to be.  She said that one of her regular clients had an issue that she needed to take care of and basically, that took priority.  Thus, a new client like myself, can either wait until she had the time or reschedule - when we had an appt. Needless to say, we left!  I did not make a scene, but I sent her text later.  She is VERY unprofessional!  I have never seen a stylist treat clients like that.  If you are going to adopt a policy that your regular clients will bump a new client with an appointment, then why have online scheduling?  If you schedule online, that is your appt time - PERIOD!!!  And you should be respectful of our time like you want us to be respectful of yours.  

If you want a stylist that is phenomenal, consistently on time out of respect for your time, experienced with a variety of hair styles (natural and relaxed), offers you wine, snacks, water, coffee at every appointment, cares about the true health of your hair, check out Envy Salons, Designs by Tierra in Fishers. I have been going to her for nearly 6 years and my hair is down my back and healthy.  I only tried out Kristy because Tierra did not have any openings to do my daughter's hair.  But, what is awesome about Tierra is that I called her to tell her what happened at "Natural Solutions", she felt so bad about what Kristy had did and stayed later at work to do my daughter's hair. Try Envy Salon....check out her reviews on Google....100% better than Kristy's - Hands down!!! If you are NOT currently a client of hers, she will disrespect you like she has so many others before you.  The reviews on Google are not lies.  Believe people when they tell you their experience...an average rating of 2?!  She needs to go back to Beauty School.  I think she missed the class on respecting your client.  Smh

I am very surprised to read the negative reviews on here, but I assume that is because most people with a positive experience do not take the time to share it. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Natural Solutions by Kristy. For starters, I booked my appointment for a ceramic fusion the same day through a convenient online scheduling system. The salon was not difficult to find at all using my GPS. Kristy was very professional from the beginning of my service, and seemed very knowledgeable about natural hair. I have been natural for 3 years, and am very protective of who I allow to service my hair. She used quality products, and was very gentle. I received a free deep condition with the service (included in the price), and was in and out in just under 2 hours (I have a LOT of hair). My hair was bone straight and silky, just like a relaxer. I also received a trim, and she was not at all "scissor happy" like some stylists. I was thoroughly impressed. I have not had any other stylists to get my hair this straight.I recommend her to all naturals who are looking for a quality stylist.  I will definitely be using her again the next time I get my hair done!  My only con would be that the online scheduler estimated my service at 45 minutes, and it was actually twice as long. I was smart enough to know that it was highly unlikely my hair would be completely serviced in this time period, and allotted myself 2 hours. I recommend updating this on the website. Other than that, I have not a single complaint.

Terrible customer service.   After she did my hair and have a little white dust balls in it and I told her to correct it and she did not and she doesn't return calls doesn't return text doesn't return voicemails very unprofessional.  Do not use this hairstyles you'll be wasting your money I went there one time out here did not turn out the way she said it will turn out .  I went and got simple twist and she said I could wear my twist it all week and then take it down and where the twist out.  I ended up with a black shirt full of white hit white I don't know what on it and a Ruined style

I can't even give this place one single star. There have been way too many times that there have been scheduling issues where you schedule via her website as she recommends, and then she turns out to be either a no show/no call, or finally calls/text you with some excuse about her children (this is the excuse I have been given every time). This last time took the cake. I scheduled on her website and received confirmation. I showed up to a locked salon. After asking another beautician in another salon, she advised that I just go and knock on the door. Another lady finally came to the door and looked puzzled as to why I was there. I told her I had an appointment for Kristy and she proceeded to look around as if she was there, even though the new location is no bigger than a minute. She came out and advised that Kristy must be on her way. Least to say, I waited for an hour. I called twice and received voicemail. She never returned my call to reschedule or even apologize. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON. Will NEVER go back and would NEVER recommend.
