Went to this store after looking at Journey's and Belk in both malls. My local Journey's didn't have the size I need for the Birkenstocks I was after so I figured I'd be able to find them down here. No such luck. I walked into this store with great expectations. They advertised Birkenstocks, Sperry's and more. They did have them but 1) only in women's, we intended to look for my husband as well 2) they don't carry small sizes (I wear a 36 in Birkenstocks) 3) the women that run the store are extremely rude. I have been looking for the shoes for 3 days now in Myrtle Beach. We walked in and immediately went to the Birkenstock section where an associate informed us that they didn't even carry my size. We then proceeded to as nicely as possible ask if they knew any other local stores that carried Birkenstocks. They practically knocked us down saying no. I understand that they carry other shoes but I was on a mission for a specific shoe and I was just simply asking for some kindness in this town because they didn't even carry my size! And simply put they lied to my face which was ridiculous. As I said I've been combing through every possible Birkenstock dealer in Myrtle Beach for three days now. I promise you aren't the only dealer and I will not be returning or sending any business in your direction.
