I  have been going to "Naturally Beautiful for about 3 years.  I usually walk in without an appointment because they take "walkins "when they can accommodate you.  I never have to wait longer than an hour and sometimes they take me right away. The technicians are friendly and very skilled.  The shop is always clean and nicely decorated.  The owner, Aria is a real sweetheart, we have funny and sometimes deep conversations.   And the Sista can really do some hair!!!!      I always get compliments on my hair.  Customers look good when they leave

Please Please avoid at all cost. This is the worst place to go... I made an appointment with the owner (Alfia) at 1pm and she was placing others who were walking in after me before me. The shop is very unprofessional. I was there for 8 hours and only needed my locs retwisted. They retwist with Shea Butter which is a big NO with locs. The owner tried to color my locs and I did not request. She is very greedy. The owner argues with her workers in front of customers...Please stay away by all cost. Its impossible that anyone gave this shop 5 stars... I believe those reviews are fake just to boost the ratings. Stay away at all cost or you will regret this decision.

horrible!!!!!! I waited 8 hours to get my hair done the hair cut and style look ed like a 2 year old had done my hair and the stylist talked and talked and would stop doing my hair and start talking to everyone in the salon they had to tell her to stop talking and finish my hair. the barber was horrible as well. I read the reviews to this place and 5 stars was given to this place that's why I went but I made a major mistake my hair looks horrible SMDH
