A most beautiful place. The murals are so fine that I could stare at them for hours. The visitor's center is very informative and well thought out. The entire area is an historical gem.

This is a beautifully and carefully rebuilt Mormon temple from early Mormon history. For practicing members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the interior is beautiful. Only active members of the LDS Church can enter inside, but the exterior of the temple and surrounding grounds are beautiful, with great views of the Mississippi River. The historic sites pertinent to early Mormon history are also well worth visiting. Historic and beautiful location.
